All the people who lived in the Balearic Islands those last years left marks in the traditionnal food of the Balearic Islands. One can find influences of the Arab, African food and even Scandinavian in the traditional dishes of Mallorca and Ibiza. In Menorca, the horses and the riders are major elements of the festivals, and are always present there.
